Day 1287: Lamb Biryani

Slept late this morning! It felt good.

I did a lot of cleaning and organizing.

I made us mi goreng with leftover turkey and spinach for lunch.

Matt worked but also spent all day making lamb biryani and raita. It turned out really good! The lamb was a little brown on one side but it was tasty.
