Day 227: Snackies

For lunch we had sandwiches made with rotisserie chicken, smoked cheddar, dill pickles and honey mustard.

For dinner we had snackies—bread; homemade salmon salad made with sun-dried tomatoes, olives and red onion; artichoke salad (jarred from Aldi—artichoke hearts, olives and peppers); salami, Spanish cheeses from Costco, pate. I really love meals like this!

We watched The Queen’s Gambit on Netflix. It was good but so unbelievable that everyone in her life was so nice.

  1. I have to say, that being 13 I started my own cooking blog and I have explored alottttt of more blogs but after visiting yours, I feel like this is the perfect one! It has recipes and philosophy and there is that little magical touch to it! Keep posting and all the best
