Day 1857: Black Cod

I returned something at Staples then did a tiny shop at Weis for Easter Candy and produce.

I still don’t know what we are having for Easter but Matt did place an order for a lamb cake at the bakery.

We got sandwiches at the Italian deli for lunch.

For dinner we made lemon potatoes (but with less oil), black cod and roasted cauliflower.
