Day 1797: Pork Loin

Matt picked up our usual Valentine’s Day candy and while he was across town he got us Hawaiian food. I had the katsu and he got a combo plate.

For dinner we made a pork loin that unexpectedly had bacon on it, salad and baked potatoes.
