Pancakes! The secret reason I went to Weis was to get buttermilk.
For dinner Matt roasted a duck, sautéed some cabbage and made some wild ride dirty rice with the duck liver.
The duck was really tiny so no leftovers but it was tasty! It had been in the freezer for a bit so it was nice to get that space back too.
