Day 1677: Salmon

Today was one of those days when I don’t know where the time went.

For lunch Matt made us mortadella sandwiches and then for dinner I made coho salmon and roasted potatoes and broccoli.

It’s supposed to be nice weather this weekend so hopefully we can do something fun outside! I always feel pressure to do things before it gets cold and gross out for months. It’s the worst part of being Covid-cautious, since we aren’t eating indoors, it really limits what you can do in the cold weather.
