For lunch we had a green chicken chili and rice thing from the meal prep place. It was tasty but I would not call it a chili! It was more like a chicken stew which honestly worked better with the rice. Rice and chili is not appealing to me so I was skeptical (Matt picked it up) but I actually ended up liking it.
For dinner we had their chicken parm. It’s really good but they are oddly skimpy on the sauce which has to be one the cheapest ingredients. Matt made extra with a can of diced tomatoes and put it in the bottom of the pan before we baked it.
