I slept really late today!
For lunch we had leftover chicken pasta salad. I caught up on some odds and ends.
Matt was going to make pot roast but got busy so we ended up getting some Mexican food. Sopes and flan! Enfrijoladas to share.
Luckily the poor pot roast has a good sell by date so we can make it Sunday instead.
