Day 1375: Prime Rib

Matt took off today and did some holiday shopping and a little Aldi shop. I know I’ll be there next week so he didn’t have to get too much.

For lunch I had a can of soup then we shared some of his Chinese food leftovers when he got back.

Took a nap. It’s been a rough couple of weeks.

Our goal of mastering big cuts of meats continues! Aldi had a small standing rib roast so Matt made it by reverse searing and slathering it in mustard and spices. We had it with popovers and broccoli. So good!

Caught up on Shetland and Fargo.
