For lunch I had an apple, some popcorn and we shared a pack of refrigerated jjajangmyeon.
Then for dinner we had the leftover pizza from Friday.
Did a lot of cleaning/organizing and worked on the Thanksgiving menu. Finished reading an ARC.
Matt ran out and got a turkey and the few things we needed like milk and sour cream. It’s a 14 lb turkey and he’s worried it will be too small for the two of us??!!
My goal this week is to rely heavily on leftovers and largely cook on Thursday and then coast on those leftovers. I’m so tired of grocery shopping and meal planning!
