Matt made some ham stock with some hocks this morning then put up red beans in the slow cooker.
I had an early sandwich with some of the rest of the mortadella and capicola then I had my weaving guild meeting. The traffic wasn’t too bad today! It was a good meeting, very informative.
We had the red beans and rice and some okra sautéed with andouille. My goal was to have lots of leftovers for a second dinner so we don’t have to cook much this week. We don’t have a turkey yet and honestly, I don’t know where it is going to fit in the fridge! It is oddly packed.
