Day 1343: A lot of Rice

I went early to HMart today. It is good drive so I brought a big cooler. We defrosted the the little basement freezer so it was completely empty and the fridge was pretty empty so it was perfect timing. I don’t like going there too close to Christmas!

I got a ton of frozen dumplings, various prepared banchan, marinated meat, a stew kit, instant noodles, easy refrigerated noodle kits and a lot of pantry items. I really wanted to get some things for future easy meals.

When I got back I had the leftover donkkaseu and rice from Saturday and some of Matt’s leftover kimchi stew (he had the rest of it) and some pickled radish.

For dinner we made the marinated “hot” ribeye and had it over rice with some dongtaejeon, radish kimchi, eomuk bokkeum and seasoned spinach. Easy and tasty!
