Day 1276: Cornbread

More leftover Chinese food for lunch for me and Matt made himself some soba with the leftover pork.

Worked on indexing and writing up some community cookbooks.

I was going to make cod for dinner but it was still frozen so I ended up getting some chicken tenders and cornbread and Matt got a chicken sandwich.
