Matt took today off so we got some crab cakes as a treat and had a picnic.
It was a long day and we ended up getting some Chinese takeout for dinner. Time really got away from us and all I really had to make was a turkey breast and that would take too long to make. Same with the bar cookies we had planned!
I think I’ll bake tomorrow and make a fun side dish to have with our leftover catfish.
