Day 1208: Fries

The air quality and weather put a damper on our plans today but we rallied and got some fancy fries for lunch. I could not finish them! Even though it was a lot less than it looks in the picture.

I worked on Cooking In Community for a few hours while Matt practiced the piano.

We had leftover shrimp salad for lunch so we could get caught up on other things and not have to cook.

Then we made blondies from a cookbook from the church where my weaving guild meets. Which slightly defeated the no cooking idea but they were quick and easy and didn’t dirty too many dishes.

I spun yarn for Tour de Fleece and while we watched Mord mit Aussicht on MHz. Spinning is a work out!
