Spent most of the day working on Cooking in Community and baking a cake!

For lunch I had a can of chickarina (autocorrect changed that to choke ribs which seems violent) and some Goldfish. I really need to get to the store!
For dinner I debated making tofu and broccoli but the broccoli looked beat. All we have is two pounds of stew meat and I was not up for that tonight. Instead we got takeout from the good faraway Szechuan place and have enough leftovers for another dinner.
I’m tired of meal planning when I can’t be sure what the store will actually have. I keeping planning all these meals and then coming up empty handed when I go to shop. It’s disheartening.
Tomorrow I have a meeting and then this weekend is busy between Father’s Day and my cookbook giveaway on Saturday. The more leftovers and the less I have to cook the better!
