Spent the day practicing spinning and working on my weaving. Read a book. I’m so glad to be done with recipe development for the book. I’ve been doing historic recipes for the last six months and it was such an energy suck. It also made it really difficult to think of other food to make and have the energy to make them.
We ended up getting sandwiches from the Italian market for lunch.
For dinner we made pasta with ‘nduja (from Lidl, surprisingly spicy!), lemons, leeks and spinach. It was really good.

I had a zoom meeting and talk with John Marshall about Japanese indigo dyeing. I love how zoom meetings have become the norm and we can have talks from creators all over the world!
We watched a little Schmigadoon! and worked on our knitting project.
