For lunch I made trout salad which we had on leftover olive bread. I also made a tomato/avocado/bacon salad for the book.
Then I made cookies for the book. I am done except for one recipe!

I had put some frozen chicken in the fridge to defrost on Thursday and it was still frozen! I guess we will make it tomorrow?
We pivoted to our favorite vegan/vegetarian Indian place. The portions are small so we got a little bit of everything. My favorites are the papdi chaat, the poori bhaji and khaman dhokla.

We’ve been watching So Help Me Todd while we have Paramount Plus and it’s surprisingly even and cute. Who knew, CBS?
