Day 223: Noodles & Shrimp

I made meatballs with the chicken I didn’t make into burgers yesterday. For lunch I heated them with some baby bok choy and enoki mushrooms and tossed it with spicy udon.

For dinner I had some frozen shrimp and Matt had noodles and cottage cheese.

We watched some Shakespeare & Hathaway
